1) Full Package $180 includes Tax Certificate, Water Certificate, Zoning information, comments regarding Property Standards By-law, Building Code, Public Works services and Fire Department information for residential, institutional, commercial, industrial and multi-family dwellings; including any outstanding Building Code, Fire Code and Property Standards Orders. Extraneous flow inspections are available by calling 871-1600 ext. 2466.

2) Partial Package $100 Includes Tax Certificate, Property Standards By-law and Building Code comments.

3) Tax & Water Certificates $80 Tax and Water information only
